The Montreal Alouettes have signed linebacker Nicolas Boulay and guard Simon Legare to two-year deals. Both local players were picked by Montreal in last weeks 2013 CFL Canadian Draft. Boulay joins the Alouettes after being selected in the fourth round with the 30th overall pick last week.
